Let's dive in:
1. Easy Pie Crust
I'm glad that you guys were as excited as I was to find this super easy pie crust recipe. And Lord knows, I've use it to make near a dozen pies in the past few months. Talk about upper crust...
I've been doing a lot more healthy baking (cutting down on sugar, butter and substituting with healthier ingredients) this year and I'm glad that everyone else is getting into it, too! And these Sweet Potato Blondies are delicious.
I made a lot of soups this year (Chili, Cauliflower, Curry Carrot, Tuscan, Sweet Potato) and this Curry Butternut Squash was just as tasty and inventive as the others. If you're a soup lover, too, check out my Simple Saturday post on making your own vegetable stock.
I'm thrilled that Biscoff has been sharing this recipe that I came up with during the Arkansas Women Bloggers Unplugged conference. It's ridiculously easy (with only 3 ingredients) and a fruit or cookie plate must have.
I love that this post is in the top 5 because it was so much fun to get to go to a friend's house and learn how to make Filipino lumpia. They are such an easy and exciting appetizer.
Thank you so much for reading, pinning and sharing this year! You guys rock.
Please come back on New Year's Day for a HUGE blog announcement that you will want to be in on!
