I love breakfast...and if I ever deny myself breakfast then I will pay with a crazy loud grumbling stomach and less-than-kind attitude.

I also like to shake breakfast up and make it creative and fun.
Cue granola that's sweet, crunchy, filled with nuts and dried cranberries and can be eaten alone or with milk or a creamy yogurt of your choice.
This granola, recipe provided by the wonderful Shutterbean, is sweetened with honey and brown sugar, crunched up with almonds and walnuts and spiced up with cinnamon and dried cranberries.
It's so yum and versatile and will leave you with a week of amazing breakfasts (or snacks)!
