Easter Brunch Ideas

It's Easter week, ya'll.

And it's such an exciting time to celebrate new life, hope and blessing. We are so blessed!

It's also a great time to plan what the heck you're going to cook for whoever will be joining you at your Easter table.

Here are some more non-conventional Easter brunch ideas.

I, of course, love a spiral ham as much as the next person, but maybe you want to surprise your loved ones and friends with some new, fun Easter celebratory bites. (Click on the links to go to the recipe post.)

1. Banana-Zucchini Muffins
These little guys are delicious, comforting and healthy. That's right, healthy baking that's super tasty. It's real! And this is a great way to use your seasonal zucchini.

2. Quiche
This has been my traditional go-to Easter meal since I studies abroad in England and made it for Easter lunch with friends along with sauteed asparagus and carrot cake for dessert. Quiche is easy to make and can contain any ingredients you have hanging around (ham, cheese, mushrooms, greens...get crazy).

Homemade donuts are one of my new favorite breakfast/brunch dishes. These donuts are especially creative and they're baked instead of fried, so they're kind of healthy.

4. Scones
Who doesn't love a warm scone? Mix up the flavors or even go savory with them. Here's a sweet scone recipes that I love: Chocolate Chip Walnut Scones.

I know that chicken curry is not a typical Sunday lunch idea, but it is delicious, flavorful and will give your guests a taste of something new!
