Chocolate Chip Cookies on Vacation

I hope everyone is having a great day.

I happen to be having a great one because I am on a beach vacation with some of my best girlfriends.

It's a girl's vacay and it's a lot like a fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie.

It's comforting, it makes you feel like you're home and sometimes you just need it ASAP.

So, in honor of my extended weekend girls trip, I give you these cookies that are so much more than a chocolate chip cookie.

They've got a surprise: banana.

And another surprise: no butter.

These Banana Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies are full of texture, flavor and will make you and whomever else you're treating to take a break and share a few on the couch with a glass of milk.
